SHIPPING POLICY – RATISKIN™

At RATISKIN™, we prioritize your shipping experience! Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and efficiently — no matter where you live. We proudly ship to hundreds of customers every day and are committed to maintaining a fast and reliable delivery process.


PROCESSING TIME

  • Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing, regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Example: If you place your order on Monday, it should ship by Tuesday or Wednesday.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for your tracking information to update.

Note: RATISKIN™ is not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact support@ratiskin.com with your order number, and we’ll gladly assist you.


SHIPPING COSTS

  • Insured Express Shipping (2 Business Days): $6.95

  • Insured Premium Shipping (5 Business Days): $3.95

  • Standard Shipping (10 Business Days): Free

All shipments include tracking and insurance coverage.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Absolutely — every order is trackable!

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • If you haven’t received your tracking number within 48 hours after shipping confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder.

  • Still no update? Contact support@ratiskin.com and we’ll provide your tracking details.


PACKAGE NOT DELIVERED ON TIME?

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

  1. Contact support@ratiskin.com within 21 days of the shipment date.

  2. We’ll work directly with our carrier partners to help locate your parcel.

If you reach out after 21 days, we may not be able to file a claim or locate your order.


ADDRESS CHANGES OR ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Made a mistake on your order or shipping address? Don’t worry!

  • Contact support@ratiskin.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • We’ll do our best to update or cancel the order before it ships.

  • Once your order has shipped, we can no longer make changes or cancellations.


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

We want every RATISKIN™ experience to be flawless. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email support@ratiskin.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • If eligible, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Replacement items are not eligible for further exchanges or damage claims.
