Damaged Items

Received a damaged item? No worries — we’ll take care of it.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email support@ratiskin.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We’ll investigate and send a replacement if applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as skincare, masks, and serums cannot be returned once opened or shipped.

If your item is non-returnable but you’re unsatisfied, we may offer store credit for a future purchase.


Refunds for Unrecognized Charges

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take a few days for your refund to officially post.

Exchanges

We replace defective or damaged items at no cost.
To request an exchange, email support@ratiskin.com and our team will guide you through the process.


Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.

  • Once the return is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate by email.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.


Subscriptions

For subscription-based products:

  • The first month is non-refundable, as it is offered at a discounted rate.

  • Starting from the second month, you may request a refund only before the order has shipped.

  • Once a subscription order has shipped, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund.
